If you own a Carillon product and have a technical query, we offer a free-of-charge, email based technical support service.

However you must firstly have a Carillon User Account, and you must have registered your product with us on line. (See instructions below).

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT POINTS:

* GOODS PURCHASED OVERSEAS, SECOND HAND OR FROM E-BAY CANNOT BE REGISTERED. Only new goods purchased from an authorised Australian dealer can be registered here.

FOR TECH SUPPORT ENQUIRIES, PLEASE ALLOW A 3-4 WORKING DAY TURNAROUND. Once we receive your tech support request, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes research or further investigation into your problem needs to be undertaken by our tech support staff. So please be patient, and we will get back to you within 3-4 days, often sooner.
